OUR HISTORY & PEDIGREE
BARMS AND CITY LTD. Was incorporated in 2017 under corporate allied act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs
Commission (C.A.C). This was after several years of tireless brainstorming sessions on pragmatic methods of solving Nigeria nagging housing
challenges.
The firm started as a construction firm and partnered with key players in the Real Estate Industry such as; Brains & Hammers, Design Logic etc. With a young and forward-thinking team, Barms and City have within 3 years executed world-class facilities located in Guzape, Wuye, Kaura and other choice areas withing the Federal Capital Territory.
At Barms and City, property development is not only our business but our passion with Africa as our playing ground.
Engr. Bala Mohammad Baba
Chairman and CEO
Engr. Bala Mohammad Baba, Chairman and CEO of Barms & City Limited has a Bachelor of Technology (Applied) from the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Minna and a Post Graduate Diploma in Land Surveying from School of Survey, Oyo.
He bagged a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He has served on various boards as Chairman / CEO Leading and driving different projects across Nigeria and beyond.
He has vast experience in project management, product management and business development management. With over 15years in the property development space, Bala Mohammad has a wide range of network and collaborations among the ivory league with the real estate business in Nigeria and in Diaspora.
He is a member of various professional institutions including the Surveyor’s Council of Nigeria and the Nigeria Institute of Management.
